There’s NO Truth There

Is anyone but me happy that the media and political lies are now being daily exposed?

Political Folks

James Comey: the former FBI Director has been now caught in multiple lies, several of which were told under oath before Congress. I know, lying before Congress even under oath is not a criminal offense. But lying is lying…period. Do Americans now accept that our politicians, political appointees, and members of the Intelligence Community can lie with impunity? Comey’s lies: there is no proof that the President asked Comey to stop the FBI investigation of Michael Flynn; no proof the President asked for Comey’s loyalty; no pr0of that the President asked Comey to not investigate Russian collusion; Comey stated publicly that the FBI had investigated and interviewed everyone involved in the Clinton email scandal when, in fact, he had already prepared his speech absolving Clinton of any criminal actions two months before she and other witnesses were even interviewed; under oath he testified that he had information he could not reveal to Congress that proved Sessions would be required to recuse himself from any Russia investigation. All of these plus the fact that Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein, and the current FBI Director under the Special Counsel law are REQUIRED based on their own specific conflicts of interest to recuse themselves from any involvement in this investigation.

Hillary Clinton: where to begin…..while a New York Senator, later as Secretary of State and Presidential candidate, Ms. Clinton told a documented string of lies on numerous occasions and did so nonchalantly and with obvious disdain for the truth. That impunity is the result of decades of receiving free passes for saying anything she chose to say that in her mind was applicable to that particular circumstance. I could list dozens and dozens of examples here. But all that would do would just bore you. Everyone has heard her lies as they have been exposed ad nauseum through the years. But her latest takes the cake. Speaking to a large group of young people at a Vogue Teen Symposium, she patently declared that the pending Tax Reform plan will strip middle class Americans of multiple rights, raise their taxes, and give massive tax breaks to the wealthy. She accused the GOP and the President of stealing from the poor and giving to the rich. To top it off, she illustrated her claim with an example of such a “travesty:” currently school teachers who purchase school supplies for needy children can deduct the cost of those purchases. She claimed that the Tax Reform bill takes that deduction away. Because of that she says, Trump and the Republicans in Congress are robbing from the poorest people in the U.S. The truth: the House Bill did take that deduction away. The Senate Bill, however, not only replaced that deduction, but doubles it! Once again, Hillary never lets the truth get in the way of a good story.

Nancy Pelosi: She like Hillary has too many historical lies of monstrous proportion to detail here. You know most of them. Regarding the Tax Reform Bill, she has told a whopper or two. The GOP tax plan “Sabotages the health care of 13 MILLION Americans,” Pelosi’s political team wrote on Twitter on Nov. 27, 2017 as part of a longer list of criticisms of the bill. In saying that, Pelosi and her staff ignores the fact that a large portion of the 13 million people she claims would “lose” would voluntarily drop their plans and would not see a direct health impact. Also, under Obamacare, 7 million people who did not want insurance were forced to either buy it or to pay the penalty for not buying it. Those Americans would not have to buy insurance and would not pay a penalty if they do not want to under the Tax Reform Plan!

Let’s don’t forget that famous statement from then House Speaker Pelosi regarding Obamacare: “We must pass the bill before we know what’s in the bill.” Several trillion dollars later, she and every other Democrat in the House at that time (and NO Republicans) started the steep and rapid destruction of the greatest healthcare in the World by passing Obamacare.

Media Folks

ABC News’ Brian Ross: Ross, citing an unnamed confidant of Flynn, the former national security adviser, reported Friday (12/1/17) that then-candidate Donald Trump had directed Flynn to make contact with the Russians. That would have been an explosive development in the ongoing investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to interfere in the election. But hours later, Ross clarified his report on the ABC evening news, saying that his source now said Trump had done so not as a candidate, but as president-elect. At that point, he said, Trump had asked Flynn to contact the Russians about issues including working together to fight ISIS, which was legal and was a process practiced by all or most incoming presidential transition team.

Not until the next day did ABC News issue this correction: “We deeply regret and apologize for the serious error we made yesterday,” the network said in a statement Saturday. “The reporting conveyed by Brian Ross during the special report had not been fully vetted through our editorial standards process. As a result of our continued reporting over the next several hours ultimately we determined the information was wrong and we corrected the mistake on air and online.” For this untruth reported mid-morning on Saturday, Ross was suspended without pay for one month.

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe:” Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough attacked President Donald Trump on the air Thursday morning by claiming “people close to him during the campaign told me he had early stages of dementia.” Trump is “completely detached from reality,” Scarborough said. “You have somebody inside the White House that the New York Daily News says is mentally unfit, that people close to him say is mentally unfit.”

Scarborough’s latest lie was NOT about the President but about Senator Orrin Hatch. Read Joe’s tweet:

@SenOrrinHatch talking about children’s health care: “I have a rough time wanting to spend billions and billions and trillions of dollars to help people who won’t help themselves – won’t lift a finger – and expect the federal government to do everything.” — Joe Scarborough (@JoeNBC) December 3, 2017

Here’s how dishonest Scarborough is. Hatch DID say those words. But his sentence did not end there. Add the following to the sentence Scarborough tweeted above: “…the Democrats and their liberal agenda have created millions of people who do nothing but expect the federal government to pick up the tab for everything, choosing to ignore taking advantage of the multiple opportunities this great nation has created for them.” Lies go around the World before the Truth can even get up and put its pants on to start a day!

CNN’s Anchor Anderson Cooper: Cooper simply hates Donald Trump. He slips when reporting the news into an obvious perspective of “I hate Trump so I’ll slant every story I report with my personal feelings.” Example: In an on-air interviews with Trump Production’s head Andy Dean, Cooper went into attack mode regarding a town hall meeting held recently and stated in that town hall, then Candidate Trump said this: “We’re going to be looking at that, we’re going to be looking at the Muslims in America,’” Cooper told Dean.

Cooper was referring to the following Q & A between Trump and an attendee at that town hall. Here’s the segment in question:

Questioner: We have a problem in this country. It’s called Muslims.

Trump: Right.

Questioner: But anyway, we have training camps brewing where they want to kill us. That’s my question, when can we get rid of ’em?

Trump: We’re going to be looking at a lot of different things. A lot of people are saying that, and you know, a lot of people are saying bad things are happening out there. We’re going to be looking at that and plenty of other things.

It’s clear from the man’s question that he was referring to training camps — the possibility that terrorists training camps are operating on American soil. He did not say the government under his administration would be “looking at Muslims in America.” This is just one example of how Anderson Cooper and other CNN reporters and anchors blatantly lie on-air about the President, members of his administration, and any other politicians with whom they fundamentally disagree.

Summary

It has become obvious that the more positive things happen under the Trump Administration, the angrier and louder Mainstream Media members become with their reporting. It is virtually impossible for Americans to turn on the radio or television or grab their daily paper and get real honest, unbiased, objective news of the day in Washington D.C. Why? The Mainstream Media continue their witch hunt to get rid of President Donald Trump.

It’s not a new show at all. But Friday on The View, co-host Joy Bahar giggled in glee as she read a story handed to her that said Lt. General Michael Flynn had plead guilty of lying to the FBI and was willing to testify that Donald Trump had told him to discuss political issues with the Russians — “collusion” if true. Her audience burst out into shouts of joy and applause. Of course it was the untrue Brian Ross report.

I’ll make a prediction: although the Mainstream Media has of late been living in a decades-long atmosphere of Americans’ benign acceptance of the factual basis for their reports, Americans have awakened to the fact that members of the Mainstream Media are “in the tank” for anything and everything anti-Trump. These Americans have decided to not simply take it all in stride and have begun to strike back. That will continue. And we will begin to see a slow but steady increase of the exposure of media lies, attempts at entrapment, and media collusion in the fabrication of stories to paint the President and his administration as inept, dishonest, mentally unstable, and incapable of leading the Nation.

It has started. Americans will finish it.

The MSM is dying the same slow death as Establishment Republicans.
