We’re in the home stretch now. In just a few days, the nation will see the consensus on who will govern us for the next two years: Democrats or Republicans. Make no mistake, the face of our nation will change regardless of who wins control of Congress. If Democrats win either the House of Representatives or the Senate or both, we will move dramatically toward the Left. On the other hand, if Republicans win either or both, we will see a marked move to the Right. In either case, we will witness a critical change in the governing of the United States.
Oh, and Joe Biden will still be President.
There’s been NO election in my life as important as this election.
Oh well: we’ll get to Tuesday, watch the election results with great anticipation, and be excited or broken-hearted at the results. About half the nation will be devastated by the outcome and half ecstatic.
