Saturday Bullet Points: June 7, 2025

The week’s hottest Bulletpoint certainly must be the “bromance” breakup of Elon Musk and President Donald Trump! Just like most “lovers’ spat,” this one has quite a few “moving parts” that we’ll get into in a moment. However, we all know that not a week goes by without important happenings in the U.S. and the World that we do not point out to you. And there are a number of such things to bring to you today.

Let’s get started with today’s “Saturday Bulletpoints.”

BulletPoints

  • Deported notorious migrant dubbed “Maryland man” is on his way BACK to America from an El Salvador prison. A man whom the Trump administration mistakenly deported to El Salvador is returning to the U.S.  Kilmar Abrego Garcia, 29, is set to make his return to face criminal charges for allegedly transporting undocumented migrants around the US, ABC News reports. • Remittances to Mexico collapse as Trump cracks down on illegal immigration. Most have not given the monetary changes that were certain when the “Trump-chain” closed shop. We’ve known for a long time that billions of dollars annually flow from the United States to Mexico as millions of Mexican workers send money earned at their U.S. jobs to their families back home in Mexico. Why the sudden big changes? For complete details, click on this link:
  • One of the most shocking and horrifying scandals of the Biden administration was its botched handling of unaccompanied minor migrants who flooded into the country amid former President Joe Biden’s open border chaos. Government whistleblowers sounded the alarm that the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement, under the prior administration’s leadership, failed to thoroughly vet sponsors, ushering children into unsafe homes. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed those findings on Thursday. What was this all about? For complete details, click on this link:
  • CBS’s Stephen Colbert attacked the Trump Administration on Wednesday night and lectured it for not issuing a Pride Month proclamation. After wading into Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for ordering the renaming of USNS Harvey Milk, Colbert went further with another sneering aside. He said:

This is shortsighted and long-stupidded and unsurprising. Since taking office, the Trump Administration has curtailed protections around LGBTQ rights, banned trans service members from the military, axed hundreds of millions in LGBTQ health funding, and now said they have no plans to issue a Pride Month proclamation this June.

However, Colbert wasn’t finished! For complete details, click on this link:

  • President Trump made a very positive announcement: U.S.-China trade talks will be held in London next Monday. Trump’s announcement comes as the world’s two largest economies accused each other of violating provisions of the 90-day trade ceasefire deal reached in Geneva last month. What should we expect?
  • There’s a new daily news source that gives a brief and concise, several-minute-long synopsis of the day’s biggest news story. Today, Christina Aguayo gave such a roundup that included details of the one million illegals on Medicaid, former FBI Director James Comey is facing criminal charges of threats against President Trump, and the state of Illinois announced 70 new tax hikes. And there are more! For complete details, take a look:

  • It has always seemed to me that as our trade partnership with China grows exponentially, our dependence on Chinese goods has grown to dangerous levels. Experts have watched as the Chinese government doesn’t hesitate at all to steal or technology of every kind, copy our products invented and built by the American people, and sell worldwide at prices far below the cost to do the same domestically. However, the most sinister concern is that China has been (and still is) inserting technology inside many of the goods and products they manufacture, then sell to us with secret technology embedded to spy on as much of our infrastructure, hidden technology, and even our intelligence operations and military. Sure enough, the NSA now warns that Chinese-made solar panels used by American farmers have rogue communication devices implanted! We should not even be surprised. • The Department of Justice has returned deported migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States to face charges that he smuggled many migrants, including minors, into the United States. His return follows an extensive grand jury investigation into Abrego Garcia’s background. The return is also a White House concession to demands by federal judges that prosecutors go through the lengthening “due process.” In the case of Abrego Garcia, a judge has instructed federal officials to select a deportation destination and then demonstrate to the judge that Abrego Garcia will be safe once he is deported. • Everyone wants to hear the details of the falling apart of the strong relationship between billionaire Elon Musk and President Trump. As the Democrats, Media, and Trump-haters foam at the mouth in glee to think this high-profile pair that were so successful in discovering and revealing the massive fraud, waste, and corruption through DOGE, even nighttime comedians are taking victory laps. However, no one can credibly say that these two, in tandem, have uncovered a massive amount of waste from hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars in shocking methods. The question everyone is asking is whether Elon and Donald will find a way to patch things up, rejoin, and restart DOGE to continue the exposure of massive illegalities. Everyone wants to find a network camera and boast about what “they” know about the split. We wanted to provide you with the factual details that we currently know. There’s no one better or more analytical than Glenn Beck to do just that:

  • I wondered which Democrat in Congress would be the first to jump into the middle of this split and spin it in some way to make Trump look like the Grinch. Lo and behold, Mr. Fang Fang — Eric Swalwell — was just the right person to do just that. Much like a twisted person might rush to the scene of a train wreck in the hopes of witnessing some gore, Swalwell was quick to weigh in on the discord between President Donald J. Trump and first buddy Elon Musk. For complete details, click on this link:
