Do I need to remind you that this week was full of important events? We may not see a week in the near future that had nearly as many important happenings as this week. However, there may have been a story or two that were very important, but the major ones that dominated the news cycle may have been overlooked. - Not only did “Alligator Alcatraz” open this week to house illegal aliens waiting for their deportation in Florida, but President Trump sent 200 Marines to Florida to aid the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in an “interior immigration enforcement mission.” These Marines will NOT be involved or have contact with the illegals being held at the Everglades detention facility. - As massive flooding surprised Central Texas with 15 inches of rain in a few hours, this weather event has turned into a nightmare for numerous people who found themselves fighting to keep alive and get out of the way of the massive flooding. The floods have killed at least 13 people at this point on Friday night. However, 23 girls attending a Summer camp cannot be found. The epicenter of this disaster was in Kerrville, Texas, where the Guadalupe River broke through its banks, sending massive walls of water across that Texas area. - There’s no doubt the leftist news cable networks have been struggling for viewers during the past several years. Both CNN and MSNBC — the Democrat cable news networks favored by the Left who dominated Legacy news stories — continue to see their ratings plummet. Of the two networks, CNN was the first such news network to enter the market in the late 1970s and dominated the liberal cable news ratings for years. However, MSNBC sneaked into that arena and, for a time, gave CNN all they could handle. The star of MSNBC has been Rachel Maddow for quite some time. - Every American has watched closely each time lawsuits have been passed around involving President Trump. Surprisingly, most of the lawsuits have been the President suing others! Most Conservatives have watched these multimillion-dollar lawsuits as they progress through the judicial system. Of late, it seems that President Trump has been on the “winning side” of the suits that are ending with high-dollar settlements, with the President being on the winning side. The latest such incident occurred this week in his case against Paramount, the owner of CBS News, for altering an interview with Kamala Harris during the 2024 election. CBS intentionally removed a few phrases from the live portion of the interview and carefully replaced them with others. Doing so completely changed the words and meanings of what Harris had spoken. As one can imagine, the Left in the media went nuts and began piling on. One such far-left journalist, David Frum of The Atlantic, decided to share his disdain for these suits filed by the President in a story titled “Welcome to the Mafia Presidency.” I knew you’d like to see it for yourself! - Needless to say, the first part of this week and through the last weekend, Congress was as busy as I can remember in recent history. The odds were massive against Congress passing Trump’s most important piece of legislation. The President has continuously stated over the last few months, “I want to sign this ‘Big, Beautiful Bill’ (as he named it) by Independence Day.” Against all odds, that’s exactly what happened! Late yesterday, the President signed the Bill into law as festivities brought massive crowds to the White House to witness Trump’s signing of the Bill:
- Democrats announced their emergency plans to regain control of the political narrative in the run-up to the midterm elections next year. The consensus among most voters has been that DNC leaders have given their members little or no plans or explanations of the specific plans to attack Trump and his fellow GOP members to “coax” those Democrats their party lost to Trump in the 2024 elections. All we heard for months was the same old claims and attacks on everything President Trump initiated, while Democrats’ attacks contained NOTHING of what or how they could do just that. - Many Republicans and members of the Media continue to expect — and often predict — that Donald Trump will not be able to draw the majority of Republicans in the House and Senate together to pass legislation that is necessary to keep Trump’s “America First” agenda moving forward. The most demonstrative claims of Trump’s pending failure were to rally the conservative group of about 30 GOP House members to pass the “Big, Beautiful Bill.” However, once again, the “Orange Man” rallied the troops and got it done. - There’s no question that leaders from across the Globe are paying close attention to the actions of President Trump. Although his current term in the White House is only five months old, no other U.S. President in my memory has initiated actions so quickly as he promised voters he would if elected. Heads of State from around the World have been clamoring for face time in the Oval Office to negotiate a range of issues that extend beyond just tariffs. Even Middle East terrorists are listening to Trump’s ideas! For instance, Trump, several days ago, proposed directly to Hamas a ceasefire. - Democrats have little or no love for President Trump and his policies. Many of these Democrats and their followers continually call for violence against MAGA supporters and even physical harm to the President himself. Don’t forget, we know there have been at least two formal attempts on his life. There are likely other attempts that we are unaware of. Now, though, we discover the leader of the nation that is responsible for the large majority of terrorism across the World has formally called for the death of President Trump:
