No, I haven’t resorted to name-calling. I am tired of dodging the facts that have flooded our nation for decades with impunity. Have you noticed how bold Democrats, from the top to the bottom of the Biden Administration, have become on every issue they attempt to push onto the American People? Some examples:
- Mask Mandates;
- Vaccine Mandates;
- Avoiding prosecution of criminal wrongdoers and their criminalities;
- Dishonoring the laws at every level of government;
- Bypassing U.S. Constitutional instructions (and state instructions as well) to perpetuate their political ideals instead of statutes;
- Using force to “convince” others to endorse their authoritarian ideologies on everything to do with government;
- Ignoring the human rights of any American who espouses a different ideology — especially that contained in the United States Constitution;
- The weaponization of this Department of Justice at every level to attack any Americans who disagree with the “Anarchists;”
- Using the Justice Department to abridge the First Amendment rights of anyone who speaks or prints anything the government deems to be in opposition to the “ideology of the day.” Social Media sites blocking stories, blocking posters’ accounts, and even canceling the rights of Americans by canceling their social media accounts altogether — including that of a sitting U.S. President;
- Empowering Leftists to arbitrarily stop parents from having input into their children’s education or acknowledging to parents their children are “transitioning” to transgenderism, often at the urging and “grooming” by teachers and other educators;
- The government issues rules that facilitate the State from removing children from their families if parents do not acknowledge and give full support to school officials with children in every way.
We occasionally hear the term “Oligarchy,” but seldom do many really understand its meaning. Let me help you:
Oligarchy is government by the few — especially despotic power exercised by a small and privileged group for corrupt or selfish purposes. Oligarchies in which members of the ruling group are wealthy or exercise their power through their wealth are known as plutocracies.
Aristotle used the term oligarchia to designate the rule of the few when it was exercised not by the best but by bad persons unjustly. In this sense, oligarchy is a debased form of aristocracy, which denotes government by the few in which power is vested in the best individuals. Most classic oligarchies have resulted when governing elites were recruited exclusively from a ruling caste — a hereditary social grouping that is set apart from the rest of society by religion, kinship, economic status, prestige, or even language. Such elites tend to exercise power in the interests of their own class.
The U.S. Economy
The most obvious of this administration’s oligarchy destroying the fiber of the United States is the top-to-bottom ignoring of illegal aliens’ entry into the U.S. across our Southern border and the senseless, almost single-handed overthrow of the very successful U.S. capitalistic system. One example is the actions of the newly elected President when, in mid-January 2021, he terminated a massive fossil fuel energy transportation project– the XL Pipeline — that would have connected the rich oil and gas reserves in Central Canada to the oil and gas distribution facilities in the seaports in Houston, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana. Immediately, prices for ALL types of carbon fuel skyrocketed for every American citizen and every corporation.
The immediate results of these actions — other than quick price hikes — led to supply chain horrors and shortages of everything that relied on the transporting of goods of every kind. With fuel expenses and shortages, moving goods from distribution centers across the country to wholesale and retail locations in every town and city across America saw an immediate stoppage. It took more than a year to restart the supply chains that returned to normalcy. But it was too late.
In that short timespan, government spending soared to levels never before seen outside of wartime. Inflation immediately kicked in, which led to massive layoffs. Food and other necessary goods became hard to find, with prices sky-high and shortages in every area consumers rely on. Every sector of our economy struggled in ways not seen since the late 1980s. All these added together, forced interest and mortgage rates to double in just 18 months.
Lawlessness
Americans and citizens around the World watched in horror as cities in the U.S. were torn apart by mobs who recognized an opening to create a lawless atmosphere across the nation not seen in most Americans’ lifetimes. The horrible death of George Floyd in Minneapolis was the fuse that lit the fires of criminality in almost every large American city. Americans watched as robbery, theft, vandalism, and destruction of tens of millions of dollars worth of buildings were obliterated in formerly busy commercial and retail districts of Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Suddenly, it became the “cool” thing to do: break into designer stores on Chicago’s Miracle Mile and steal millions of dollars of jewelry and clothing. Break into automobile showrooms and still luxury cars to race down streets only to abandon them.
District Attorneys were elected in many large and midsize cities by citizens who heard the “Defund the Police” cries from the Minneapolis killing by cops of George Floyd. These D.A.s promised to “go easy” on criminals when arrested, prosecuting them for only the most serious crimes. Cashless bail and shortened sentences are now the order of the day.
And all of this — ALL OF THIS — is fine with this President and the Attorney General!
They tell us and promise us they are committed to the Rule of Law. In fact, every member of this federal government — both elected and bureaucrat employees — swore oaths when elected/hired to serve the American people.
What happened?
Illegal Immigration
Do you know that every illegal person entering the nation violates federal law? Did you know that when any government member assists, such illegality is guilty of a crime as well? Isn’t that precisely what President Joe Biden Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas do daily, encouraging illegals to head this way?
What does the law say about all this?
8 U.S. Code § 1325 – Improper entry by alien
(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
(b) Improper time or place; civil penaltiesAny alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to enter) the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty of—
(1) at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or attempted entry); or
(2) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under this subsection.
Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed.
(c) Marriage fraud
Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.
(d) Immigration-related entrepreneurship fraud
Any individual who knowingly establishes a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, fined in accordance with title 18, or both.
But that’s not all. What about those who “assist” in some way these criminals passage into the nation when knowing such entry is illegal?
8 U.S. Code § 1327 – Aiding or assisting certain aliens to enter
Any person who knowingly aids or assists any alien inadmissible under section 1182(a)(2) (insofar as an alien inadmissible under such section has been convicted of an aggravated felony) or 1182(a)(3) (other than subparagraph (E) thereof) of this title to enter the United States, or who connives or conspires with any person or persons to allow, procure, or permit any such alien to enter the United States, shall be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
And there’s more lawlessness that goes along with the above actions! The Biden folks are just getting started.
Once these illegals cross the border into the U.S., the Biden Administration registers those illegals — 90% of whom are NOT being vetted in any way — then places these illegals in the care of NGOs: “non-governmental organizations.” Many think these NGOs are good people with big hearts. No question is true in part. But something seems wrong when our government pays these NGOs hundreds of millions of dollars to “take care” of these illegals. And something is wrong. Those NGOs, most non-profit organizations — are pocketing tens of millions of taxpayer dollars for assisting in this lawless action.
Summary
Let’s be clear: this is NOT the exclusive of any one person, any single group of people, not the President or Mayorkas. It is the uncontrovertible truth that this government is ruled by a tiny group of people who find themselves in power at the behest of their political party and its “kingmakers” in the financial World.
After all, it costs $1 billion to win a presidential election today in the United States. Where does all that money come from? And how can anyone justify a process such as this?
I can’t answer for the consciences of the perpetrators of this. And I hope that I’m wrong in my assessment. But I’ve tried for years now to do just that. And I keep coming up short.
But what keeps showing up, again and again, is that a group of leaders of a political party — the Democrat Party — who espouse each of these processes and are so happy at the results that they refuse to change the strategies in government that support this. In other words, they revel in the power and, therefore, the results!

Great stuff, Dan and a great list! I would add that they act on this list in aid of their global, one-world government aims, with themselves in the ruling class, of course. I would also go a bit further than mere mention of “political parties” as responsible and state outright that our biggest obstacle — for we are the majority, proven in any number of ways — is the Republican Party. They have steadfastly for more than thirty years, taken the power which we have handed to them and used it to block us, enabling the so-called “left”. Using the term “left” relative to our congress and other federal and state government, assumes that there is a “right”. There is no “right” in our government, in other than semantic terms. The “Left” carries the ball, the “Right” blocks us and allows them to run.
