It was a busy week in Washington, D.C. The White House kept the United States Supreme Court a bit busy. In fact, the Court has committed to acting quickly on several issues. It’s expected that more “emergency” appeals to the Court will also make the docket very soon.

And it even appears that we might finally know what the Democrats are going to do to win the majorities in both the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Most Americans are shocked that the Democrat Party has taken so long to “pick their poison” to use against the GOP in the midterm elections next year. - The Supreme Court agreed Thursday to consider the Trump administration’s request to implement its restrictions on birthright citizenship while litigation continues. - One of the Supreme Court Justices, Elena Kagan, took action herself on a case from the Ninth Circuit Court. Kagan denied an emergency appeal to stop the deportations of four Mexican illegals who claimed their being returned to Mexico would mean their being in the bullseye of Mexican cartels if they were sent back. Whether the full court will be called to weigh in on the case is unknown. Lawyers for the defendants say all will face violence if they are sent back to Mexico. - New York Attorney General Letitia James is in deep trouble! A forensic economist who specializes in mortgage fraud decided to investigate the alleged details of James’ manipulation of mortgage requirements in her purchase of multiple properties in multiple locations. The economist conducted his investigation independently with no input from any law enforcement investigation. The Justice Department announced it will investigate the evidence of this story. However, it’s an unusual case because the economist has already compiled the evidence in an exhaustive collection of the details:
- There will likely be changes in the U.S. position in efforts to facilitate an end to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The White House has signaled that President Trump is unlikely to wait much longer as the meetings between officials from Russia and Ukraine with U.S. officials to work out an agreement. - The battle between the White House and Ivy League universities began with the egregious protests-turned-violence at Columbia in New York City. The single issue there was intimidation and actual physical altercations between Jewish students and faculty by pro-Palestinians. Antisemitism is not only at Columbia but also at Harvard and other Ivy League schools. Chief among them has been Harvard. The Trump Administration notified Harvard that taxpayer dollars coming from American taxpayers would be turned off if Harvard did not comply with policies coming from the White House. - Abrego Garcia, the alleged MS-13 gang member from Maryland, who was included in the terrorist gang members’ deportation flights from the U.S. to El Salvador, has suddenly become a hero to U.S. Democrats. One U.S. Senator from Maryland made a very public trip to El Salvador to “demand” to see and talk with Garcia. At first, El Salvador’s Vice President declined the Senator’s demands, but later allowed the meeting to happen. Garcia’s history in the U.S. was anything but good. He was arrested multiple times, identified by two judges as being an MS-13 Gang member, and was given a Deportation Order eleven years ago! - President Trump went nuts for Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen’s trip to El Salvador. It is uncanny that Democrats support Van Hollen’s actions, and many others are making plans to do the same thing. There are many details surrounding these actions that are shocking:
- Many are awaiting the Supreme Court’s expected actions regarding the request by the Trump Administration for the court to stop activist U.S. District judges who are issuing injunctions to stop executive actions taken by President Trump since taking office. These Obama and Biden-appointed judges are issuing their district injunctions as National injunctions. Trump has asked the Supreme Court to clarify the actions of those judges. One of those District Judge’s findings of contempt of President Trump for refusing to act on such a ruling has been stopped by an appeals court.
