The federal judicial system is collectively deciding to take over the presidency! Seriously, what the heck are the judges thinking?
Today, you’ll hear more about the specifics of several federal district judges who summarily block Trump administration executive actions. That alone is not a big deal. The problem is that these are federal “District” judges appointed and confirmed to accept and adjudicate court actions for cases that are filed and impact people in their federal district, not the entire United States of America! Some judges are appointed and confirmed to adjudicate federal matters that apply to the whole nation. Those judges are called “U.S. Supreme Court Justices! Duh!!

- A federal judge has ordered the Trump Administration to make a “reasonable” effort to get a second Venezuelan returned to the U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher said Wednesday the 20-year-old Venezuelan, along with multiple other migrants, was protected by a 2024 class action settlement prohibiting the deportation of migrants who arrived as unaccompanied minors until their asylum claims are fully adjudicated. - It’s no secret that Ivy League colleges are not too excited about Donald Trump winning the presidency. Since taking office, Trump has issued numerous executive actions that directly impact various high-dollar elite schools. Some actions have to do with massive anti-Semitic protests against Israel and local Jewish students, and the fact that all of these colleges have not taken sufficient measures to protect Jewish students and faculty members from these protestors. Actual fear floods every one of these campuses. Trump’s latest skirmish is with Harvard. Trump’s executive actions have blocked millions of taxpayer dollars from Harvard, giving explicit actions for Harvard to take to resolve their racism problems. In a television interview, Harvard’s president clarified that Harvard will NOT comply with Trump’s demands. - Imagine a scenario in which you jump on your garden mower and cut your yard as you have done hundreds of times, only to discover hours later your house has burned down, by a fire caused by the mower you were on! That exact thing happened to a Kentucky family’s entire home. - You probably have not heard about the egregious details of the video posted below. It involves a massive action taken against Elon Musk by Judge Anthony Trenga in an Austin, Texas courtroom. The attitude of those in the courtroom was one of arrogance by a prosecution team who felt they were about to see Musk be popped for millions of dollars for the alleged federal violations made by Elon Musk. - Here’s a question for all to ponder: Do you think we’ll ever know the truth about the Jeffrey Epstein story? Will the victims of Epstein’s “enterprises” ever see justice for them? Will the sexual predators who fueled the incorrigible conditions young girls experienced at Epstein’s private Caribbean Island ever be brought to justice? Sadly, we hear heartbreaking stories of some of these young women whose lives were changed forever when experiencing the horrors forced upon them. - I don’t know about you, but the numerous “leaks” of classified information from multiple U.S. agencies and operations are really scary. I thought the leads were bad under President Biden. With Trump back in the White House, almost daily new “leaks” are reported and many of those leaks include damning evidence of acts allegedly committed by quite a few members of the Trump Administration.
