We’ll end this week by taking a gander at the biggest stories of the week. However, in today’s crazy international news happenings, it’s difficult to identify a few of the biggest stories. Why? Every story covering today’s international bombshells cannot be included in our Saturday Bullet Points. We don’t have enough space to publish them all! However, we will do our best.
Let’s get started!
Saturday Bullet Points
- Thursday’s bombshell story was a really important one: President Trump fired Attorney General Pam Bondi. Rumors of such an action were expected by many who never felt comfortable that Bondi was capable of quickly tackling the evils Trump faces so often from Leftist media members, along with Democrats in Congress. Apparently, she did good work. But she was unable to do ALL the work necessary to “get er’ done!

- We cannot do without an Attorney General. President Trump tapped Bondi’s deputy to fill in until a decision is made on her replacement. But those who may be expecting a period of tumult at the DOJ during the transition could be sorely mistaken because Blanche brings a certain ruthlessness to the table that was sorely lacking in Bondi and, according to constitutional law expert Professor Jonathan Turley, “He’ll gut you like a trout.”

- As of the publishing of this story, the status of one of the pilots of an American fighter jet that was downed in Iran on Friday is unknown. One of the pilots safely walked away from the wreckage. Of course, Iran is crowing about their “successful obliteration” of the F15 jet and its two pilots.
- It appears that the massive number of illegal aliens who have flooded the nation is not the only threat to the jobs of U.S.-born citizens who are losing jobs to immigrants. The H-1B visas passed out by the thousands to skilled IT professionals from foreign countries continue to rise in numbers, keeping many Americans from locking down good-paying Tech jobs.

- Shockingly, Mark Rutte, NATO Secretary General, shocked many in a recent address to NATO members — minus the U.S. — regarding NATO countries’ relationships with the United States and, specifically, with Donald Trump. Against the backdrop of several NATO countries’ refusal to participate in any way in the Iran conflict, President Trump has put NATO and other European countries on notice that they are facing Iran and other global enemies in the future without the United States to assist them.
- An unexplained missing Air Force general raises many questions. A recording of a 911 call made by the wife of this general/scientist has been publicly released and raises new questions about his disappearance. Retired General William Neil McCasland was last seen on February 27 this year.

- For far too long, Democrat “genius” James Carville has been considered to be an election expert. He seldom appears in public until it’s election season. This year is no different. However, as Carville ages, his descriptions of politicians and his thoughts of these individuals seem to become less “intelligent.” Carville is now crowing about a possible Democrat majority in both the House and Senate after the upcoming midterm elections. Carville’s number one hope for Democrats to do regarding President Trump? “Targeting Trump’s stupid jackass kids and their spouses after the elections!”

- Few missed a shocking occurrence this week when golfing great Tiger Woods somehow turned his car upside down when attempting to pass a car in a neighborhood! Needless to say, the Tiger news was one of the top stories of the week for many reasons. Sadly, however, his golf prowess and massive career accomplishments were moved to the back shelf.

- It is inevitable that American politicians who fawn over sanctuary cities and states are going to change their minds about allowing illegals who commit criminal acts to get away without paying for their crimes. In most states today, citizens have become militant about illegal alien crimes, especially serious crimes of every kind. One thing that should wake them up is the fact that 75% of the murders in Fairfax County, Virginia, ‘s murders so far this year were committed by illegals!

- Staring ahead at the midterm elections in November is causing widespread confusion in both political parties about which issues their members should support, which to reject, and which to politicize against their opponents. In most red states, the “dye is cast.” Conservatives are certain to vote Republican. Some voters feel Democrats will see voting turning their way because of the Iran conflict and the costs of oil and gas. Meanwhile, several Democrats have had enough of their party’s mantra and are flipping parties!
