- The World has watched as Special Counsel Jack Smith has covered former President Trump with dozens of charges in several indictments for his alleged illegal actions while President. After last week’s charges regarding alleged illegality by Trump on January 6, 2021, at the Capitol, the Special Counsel filed a plea with the Court to prevent Mr. Trump from talking about the details of the case to the public in any way. Most Americans were shocked at that brazen action. Think about it: Trump’s only method to educate the public about HIS side of all the charges is for him to speak directly to the people! - While former President Trump declared victory in the recognition of his First Amendment rights regarding his Jan. 6 indictment, the judge in the case did NOT let Trump go scott-free. Judge Tanya Chutkin ruled Friday in Washington, D.C., that former President Donald Trump will be allowed to comment on his case publicly but will not be allowed to comment on witnesses or to reveal witness testimony, including videos and transcripts. - What is an “assault-style weapon?” This term has been weaponized for years by anti-Second Amendment supporters. The fact is NO American citizen has an unfettered right to own a “fully-automatic” weapon without massive documentation, several years of investigation by the ATF, and a massive cost to receive a permit to own one. The Left, rather than tell the truth to Americans, try to scare everyone by using the term for semi-automatic rifles, calling them “assault rifles.” In numerous cases, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the ownership of a semi-automatic rifle is NOT illegal. - Another wealthy American received a shock this past week when a judge in his case ordered the forfeiture of his $250 million bail and his immediate jailing! Sam Bankman-Fried — that cryptocurrency billionaire who stole billions of investors’ dollars — opened HIS mouth, and his doing so has cost him dearly. - Let’s look into the story that rocked the U.S. on Friday in an event that has never been seen before. It has numerous details, dozens of different angles, and impacts millions of Americans: specifically voters. It has multiple facets that demand an explanation. Therefore, we’ll start with a foundation and build from there with additional bullet points. It began with notification in the Hunter Biden federal case in which he went to Court last week to get a plea agreement confirmed by the judge in his illegal gun registration and IRS tax evasion charges. That plea agreement fell apart when the judge refused to accept it. Hunter pleads “not guilty” on the gun charges. Friday, it was announced that the federal prosecutor in Delaware could not find common ground for a plea agreement. - At the same time as the announcement regarding a pending plea deal for Hunter, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced his appointment of a Special Counsel to take over Hunter’s case! Washington, D.C., was shocked at the A.G.’s announcement of a Special Counsel. What shocked the most was WHO Garland appointed as Special Counsel. It’s the federal prosecutor, David Weiss, who “supposedly” worked on the Hunter Biden case for five years — with NO results! The appointment of Weiss is drawing a plethora of cries from not just Republicans but also a number of Democrats who clearly see an alleged conflict of interest in making Weiss the choice. - If you missed the analyses by “experts” of the bombshell announcements Friday by the Attorney General, former Congressman Sean Duffy, and Louisiana Congressman Mike Johnson weighed in late Friday with complete explanations of the problems that result directly from Garland’s appointment of this Special Counsel:
- South Carolina U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham has many of the same reservations as Congressman Mike Johnson about this latest shocking event in the Biden case. Though President Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas want Americans to believe that the Biden Administration has operational control of our southern border, facts and numbers say otherwise. Border Patrol agents are struggling more than ever to make certain every illegal who attempts to enter the U.S. — which is illegal without specific authorization issued by an Immigration court — immediately returns to their home country or for a judge to hear their requests for asylum immediately.
