With the scant “information” released today regarding the affidavit used to get a judge in Florida to issue the warrant used in the Mar-a-Lago raid of former President Trump’s home, it appears that the FBI is up to its same old tricks. - The Department of Justice released a highly redacted affidavit on Friday per the judge’s orders. Based on what we know from the affidavit, the case will hinge solely on the potential illegality of former President Trump having a trove of documents marked as “Classified.” However, it is our opinion the case will be determined by the Supreme Court based on one line in the affidavit: “Trump has said he declassified many materials, including those at Mar-a-Lago.” It was adjudicated long ago that presidents have an unfettered right to declassify any documents they so choose. - Isn’t it amazing how often the mainstream media print and broadcast negative “facts” regarding Donald Trump? What’s amazing to most Americans is how the media gain access to the facts included in those media leaks. After all, releasing any information or details of an ongoing FBI investigation is a felony act by the “leaker.” Additionally, doing so is a felony act for the “receiver.” We had these leaks and subsequent mainstream media publishing them in the attack on Donald Trump during “Russia Gate.” Remember that debacle? - Many in the media are gushing over the release of the affidavit, even with its massive redactions that are, as always, made to “protect an ongoing investigation.” And the details of the investigation are obviously redacted, in many cases, entire pages of the affidavit. The founder of “The Federalist” explained the sense of many logical media professionals when he tweeted: “DOJ and FBI are so corrupt that they’re redacting their reasons for redactions in their justification for raiding a U.S. president’s home. - One expert on such matters — Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus — feels even with the heavily redacted affidavit release, Attorney General Garland will NOT indict former President Trump based on the unredacted information. - No one could compute how the unlawful actions of Hunter Biden, as documented on his laptop back in late 2020 it was not an issue in the 2020 election. The allegations of financial wrongdoing of Joe Biden that were revealed on that computer never saw the light of day in the campaign. Why? The mainstream media buried it. When queried after the election, many voters stated that if they had known of the contents of that laptop, it would have likely changed their votes. But there’s more to the story. - President Biden and his advisors apparently believed that the risk of serious pushback from angry Americans who either paid for their college, repaid student loans, or didn’t even go to college was not a serious threat to Joe Biden. - Have you forgotten that defection by Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) from the Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act passage? Manchin made it clear and continually stated he would NOT support that bill because it would do the opposite of what it proposed: it would INCREASE, not DECREASE inflation. Suddenly, Manchin flipped. He was the deciding vote to pass the bill that was quickly signed into law by Biden. Why the Manchin flip? “Quid Pro Quo:” Democrats promised Manchin they would quickly pass legislation for him and West Virginians in exchange for his vote. - President Biden has no qualms about lying to the American people. Over and over, he’s done so with impunity. The latest comes from the hiring of those 87,000 IRS agents. Biden claimed they were going after those evil rich Americans who were avoiding payment of income taxes. Those agents would go after those tax dodgers, and their efforts would pay for the cost of the bill and more! Additionally, remember those incessant claims that Americans who make $400,000 a year or less would NOT see any additional taxes under this bill.
