You ARE our family! 2021 has been a year full of sadness, surprises, massive disease and death among Americans of every age, and the fear of never having comfort that those in authority over us have the expertise, understanding, and even a desire to honor the will of the People in governing this nation. But even with all of that, we celebrate today the fact that God came to Earth in the form of a baby to give us all opportunities to partner with Heaven to share the heartache and burdens that are no fault of our own and are very serious.
We’ve all worked together to make our lives better while praying daily for our nation and our leaders. Some voted for this President and some didn’t. But the partners of TruthNewsNetwork all understand that the U.S. stands or falls solely on the basis of our Americans’ response to EVERYTHING that happens in our government. You and others of our family have decided that this nation is worth saving! And we’re committed to trusting, praying, and believing for better things for the nation. The root of that is to pray for Joe Biden!
You may not have voted for Mr. Biden. And you may be prone to reject his every word and thought. That is allowed in this free nation: freedom of thought and expression. But know this: you may not like the pilot of the ship and want him gone. But why wish and hope for him to fail BEFORE WE LAND AT OUR DESTINATION! We all want this President to succeed in getting the United States to the next level while he’s in office.

You either feel like 2021 has flown by and you’re shocked we’re already at Christmas Day or you can’t believe it took so long for Christmas to get here! 2021 has been one of those years.
I imagine there are thousands of Americans who last Christmas never even considered their Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, or Sons, or Daughters would not be at the dinner table on this Christmas Day. COVID-19 and all things to do with it have taken the lives of hundreds of thousands during this year. Yes, there’s a sadness that naturally floods our hearts when we lose those we love. But 2021 has been uncharacteristically filled with dilemmas and sadness we never anticipated would change our lives in an instant — especially not as happened this year.
Today while you are bathed in sadness while staring at that Christmas tree without the presence of one or two of those who should be with you, let’s count the blessings that we DO have. It begins with the gift of life. Add to that the assurance that there IS a God who cares about everything in our lives — even the emptiness and sadness we labor under in the loss of loved ones. His Son came on this day two centuries-plus so that we could face situations like this past year with the knowledge that there’s eternal life out there for all those we lost and for us if we just turn to Him and ask for that promise to be fulfilled in our lives.
Let’s for one moment relish the memories of Christmases past and realize today is the first day of the remainder of our lives. And know this: “The Best Is Yet To Come!”

- How deadly is the Omicron variant? We’re not certain yet how it will impact humans. It’s still a bit early to have an accurate and full finding on that. We already know that it is — at least so far — the most easily transmissible of all the current strains. How dangerous is its infection impact is still uncertain. But one thing we can do is look to our east to see what’s happened with this and other variants before this and others invade North America. - There’s a mad dash by scientists to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible about this latest strain of COVID: the “Omicron” variant. Not much is known yet about its biological differences and similarities to its Big Brother versions that have flooded the globe. What we DO know is that, preliminarily, it appears to be far less deadly than at first expected. That’s great news! In the U.K. infections are high but hospitalizations and serious cases are far fewer and in less intensity than first feared. Its symptoms have been mild so far. But as we sit for our Christmas dinners today, there’s one thing that appears to happen that may signal those around your table to possibly have COVID’s Omicron strain. - Who can argue that our travel plans that we’ve taken for granted for decades have been turned upside down at the hands of COVID-19? Sadly, tens of thousands of Americans saw their holiday flights canceled at the last minute because of airline crew shortages as a direct result of the new Omicron variant. The Cruise industry was hit the hardest by the pandemic. Ships for more than a year sat empty because of the fears of passengers being in such close quarters with fellow tourists because of COVID-19. But ship travel resumed as COVID subsided: and just in time for the holidays! However, how things change and change quickly! More than 1,000 Americans are stuck onboard a cruise ship as Mexico refuses to allow them to disembark after 21 vaccinated crewmembers test positive for COVID! - We’ve watched in shock as President Biden almost daily shows a lack of cognitive ability that seems to get worse daily. And we’re not the only ones watching his mental decline. Leaders around the world are aghast at what they’re seeing from this President. The Mainstream Media have always given Democrats in leadership free passes for much of their problems. But now, even CNN has commented on Biden’s decline! Even the MSM is questioning every move Biden makes and also every promise. - Do you know who’s been surprisingly quiet during these months as the world has looked in on Biden’s actions? Certainly, every world leader watches. One of those heads of government has certainly kept Biden’s actions at the top of his conscience: Russian President Vladimir Putin. What do you think Putin feels about Biden’s ability to initiate any actions that may be necessary to keep Russia quiet on the world front? - Most Americans who use social media have probably felt the effects of the “fact-checkers” that determine what can and not be allowed on their various social media platforms. The uproar about these fact-checkers literally usurping the freedom guaranteed to us all in the First Amendment are gross violations of our rights. - One of the most egregious and totalitarian government shutdowns during 2021 was the almost-total lockdowns of religious services. Millions of Americans have for generations made church a staple for their families. But 2021 changed all that. As a result of the lack of freedom to worship in the church of one’s choice in 2021, church services and attendance are expected to reach record heights this season as COVID has somewhat subsided and we’re freer to attend church because of the past year. - The southern border travesties that we’ve watched occur this past year are discouraging to most Americans. For the first time in U.S. history, a sitting President has dramatically thumbed his nose at the U.S. Constitution and the Rule of Law and has opened the floodgate to remain open allowing an untold number of illegals to enter our country. There’s NO one who knows the number of those who have come in nor what they have brought with them.
