We had another big week. And the week wasn’t all good…but it wasn’t all bad, either. There are quite a few critical stories from the week. Maybe you missed one or two of them. Don’t worry, though. We have the biggest stories of the week. And we have them in our “Saturday Bullet Points.”
You know how this works! Let’s get started:
Bullet Points
- No one (who’s being truthful) can credibly maintain that our president doesn’t have significant aging issues. Whether his issues that are so obvious are from medical reasons or simply his cognitive decline, even Democrats are admitting that something’s not right. Usually, in such situations, a president would have a doctor examine him and report to the American people that the leader of the free World is OK. That hasn’t happened yet. However, we did get a glimpse of the medications Joe Biden is taking — at least are “some” of the medicines he’s taking. Let’s take a look. For complete details, click on this link:
- Many people—including we at TruthNewsNetwork—don’t see any way Joe Biden can remain in the race for the White House against Donald Trump. However, “if” Joe decides to throw in the towel, it will send the White House into a frenzy. How would that look like if it did happen? Steve Forbes has some thoughts on the options if Joe does step to the curb. If that does happen, it will likely occur before the first debate with Donald Trump. Please pardon Mr. Forbes’ delivery during this sound bite. He gives his thoughts on what this all might look like:
- The Biden economy is playing all kinds of tricks on millions of Americans. The net effect of “Bidenomics,” inflation, and a massive influx of illegals who are getting status from the White House that allows them to work in the U.S. legally is painting an economic picture unlike any have seen in our lifetimes. Financial issues are similar to those in our parents’ lives. But it’s been since the 1950s that the U.S. has been forced to grapple with all these issues. One sector of the economy has been the most brutal hit: real estate. Every part of buying or selling a home has changed so drastically that many people cannot afford a house and are struggling to keep a roof over their heads. One real estate expert came forward this week to explain what’s happening and if and how we can get through it. For complete details, click on this link:
- Americans have always had big hearts for helping people from other countries. We allow more legal immigrants into the United States each year than every other country on Earth—COMBINED! Especially in the last year, Americans have turned away from the massive flood of illegals into the nation. Illegal aliens have become the number one or two most important issues to a majority of Americans. And Joe Biden’s open borders have polarized Americans in all 50 states. “YouGov” took a poll in which Americans were asked for their opinions and feelings about the changes they’re seeing as a direct result of Biden’s open border policy. And it’s getting worse. How bad is it, and how do Americans feel? For complete details, click on this link:
- Details of the war between Russia and Ukraine have become sketchy in recent months. Most Americans do not know very much about the war and the details of how it all started. This week, Russian President Vladimir Putin shocked many by telling the World that he wants an immediate cease-fire in the war! Russia has spent tens of billions of dollars funding the war with Ukraine. For most of us, hearing this from Putin seems impossible to believe. Want complete details? Click on this link:
- On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court shocked the World when it overturned former President Donald Trump’s executive action to declare bump stocks illegal. That SCOTUS opinion means gun owners can now use the bump stocks once more. Justice Sotomayor wrote a scathing opinion on behalf of the leftist Court members. And the things she said prove she unquestionably does NOT understand the difference between a weapon “with” a bump stock and one “without” the instrument. Her dissenting opinion proves she does not understand what and how a bump stop is used and what it CAN do. When I read her response, I felt sorry for her. It made me wonder how many “others” who come out against bump stops know nothing about them. For complete details, click on this link:
- Many Americans were shocked at this week’s news that Hunter Biden’s jury verdict was guilty on all three charges. More shocking was that his attorneys had agreed with the Delaware federal prosecutor in the case. That agreement would have canceled the charges against Hunter. It would have exempted Hunter permanently from any future exposure to any issue arising from his actions that might have resulted in criminal charges! Stuart Varney welcomed Miranda Devine on his show to discuss the law-breaking by Hunter and how the federal judge’s rejection of that plea deal impacted his trial. Here’s the two discussing what has happened:
- I don’t remember a time in our history when many Americans were at odds with their neighbors. In the U.S. House of Representatives, Republicans—who are logically “cheap” spenders in normal circumstances—jumped out this week and passed a massive defense bill. The final tally of the National Defense Authorization Act vote was 217–199, with six Democrats voting in favor and three Republicans voting against. This is a very comprehensive bill. And the cost is just a bit shy of 1 Trillion dollars! For complete details, click on this link:
- In the political World, don’t discount a so-called rumor that sounds too good to be true. Usually, the rumor actually turns out to be false. Will we ever forget about the constant lies and gross misrepresentations of everything that dealt with how Americans could save the lives of all their children from COVID-19? In politics, everything about you “winning” is the only thing that matters- especially when we are deep into the mysterious COVID world. So, it should come as no surprise that the Pentagon ran a secret program anti-vax scheme designed to trick China. For complete details, click on this link:
