Trump Did This?

Even though Democrats and others on the Left constantly complain about President Trump’s legislative inaction during the first years of his presidency, facts do not bear out their wild allegations. In fact, few presidents have ever achieved as much as has this President while in office. The bill also requires voice service providers to develop a framework to verify calls are legitimate before they reach your phone. The TRACED Act requires carriers to share tools & the ability to block spam callers with customers for free. It also changes the fine imposed on spam telemarketers from $1,500 to $10,000 PER CALL. Earlier this year (2019) Trump’s FCC fined one robocall guy $120 million

I know, the list is exhaustive! But isn’t it encouraging that even with the constant, non-stop push-back this President has received, he has been able to get this many bills passed, executive orders signed, and deals negotiated? That in itself is a miracle, even forgetting the content of each act! Just imagine how much more could and would have been accomplished if Democrats and Trump-resistant Republicans in Congress had simply joined Mr. Trump to get even more done.

What’s ahead for 2020? I dare not foretell! With Donald Trump in the White House, there is no telling what will be accomplished. But, one thing we know for certain is there will be many opportunities for many additional policies, legislation, and programs implemented under President Trump. Let’s see if Congress will join the “Trump Show!”
