‘Penetration testing:” Lara Logan Continues To Uncover Chilling Info On Baltimore Bridge Collapse

Award-winning investigative journalist Lara Logan revealed Wednesday that the Baltimore bridge collapse was likely a purposefully planned event designed to achieve certain goals.

Based on her expert sources, these goals may have included “testing” for vulnerabilities in America’s defenses and also setting up the conditions for an even worse future event.

She revealed all this in a lengthy tweet posted to the social media platform X.

BALTIMORE UPDATE: Analysis from specialists in predictive behavioral analytics, counter-terrorism, hazardous materials, maritime attacks, cyber, national security & intel – this is their view: Based on their training & experience, they believe this was two types of operation:… — Lara Logan (@laralogan) March 28, 2024

“Based on their training & experience, they [her sources] believe this was two types of operation: 1) ‘Penetration testing’ where they are probing/testing to identify vulnerabilities in our responses and defenses, AND 2) a shaping operation to set the conditions and prepare the battlefield for a potential future event,” she wrote.

She continued by citing her sources’ concern that “other critical infrastructure disruptions/hits” that recently occurred may have also been preplanned events designed to weaken America.

“For example, the Ohio chemical disaster, train derailments, fires at food processing plants, etc., when taken in isolation do not appear to be that significant, but when taken together, they could indicate shaping or stacking operations that are paving the way for a bigger event where they do any number of these types of operations together,” she noted.

She added that the “bigger event” may wind up paralyzing the United States, raising a critical question: “When will they trigger a multiple episode that causes the paralysis effect?”

“Some of the indicators are how many incidents have occurred within ‘a relatively short timeline’ & what they see as the departure from what is ‘normal,’” she wrote.

As for the Francis Scott Key Bridge fiasco, Logan’s sources believe “those in charge” will ensure that the investigation into the bridge’s collapse “goes nowhere quick.”

“[O]ne of the goals here is to give the public mental anesthesia while they test this, using train derailments or exposure to chemicals in Ohio where they told everyone to shelter indoors – to ask questions like: Did they comply? Is this going to deceive & cause behavioral change successfully?” she explained.

Meanwhile, “those in charge” are expected to use the media’s naïve complicity to hide the truth of what happened and instead prop up the government’s contrived narrative that this was all just an accident.

Logan pointed out that they “do not want the facts analyzed because they do not want people processing the truth. Truth naturally leads to questions they do not want asked.”

But Logan’s sources argued that it would be “foolish and naive at the expense of national security not to question the Government narrative on the Baltimore bridge crash given the level of corruption in spheres of power and influence in this country today.”

Continuing her post, Logan theorized that the GPS signals of the Sri Lanka-bound container vessel “Dali” that collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge had likely been hacked through “spoofing.”

“It would have led them to believe they were not as close to the bridge as they were and may be why in the video you see the crazy lean to port and then to hard starboard as they realized they were not on course despite the GPS indicating they were,” she wrote.

The investigative journalist concluded her lengthy post by listing the tactics — “engineered complexity,” “processing decoys,” and “variance” — used to deceive the public.

All this comes a day after Logan blew up the Internet by reporting that the Baltimore bridge collapse “was a 9/11 style attack” committed through “cyber terrorism.”

Appearing on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast, she further expanded on the bridge’s logistical significance in routing trucks up and down the eastern seaboard and how its collapse cut off one of the busiest ports in the United States.

“This is what you call death by a thousand cuts. It is an absolutely catastrophic attack on critical infrastructure, and you cannot see it because a cyberattack is unseen, just like the attack on 2020 on the voting machines that you cannot see,” she told Bannon.

But There’s More

Numerous other sources have been drawn into this story. Many daily circumstances seem to surround this event, making the original explanation unacceptable.

Here’s another investigative reporter’s observations:

“Video footage from a camera overlooking the Patapsco River shows the vessel navigating the river, apparently losing power, then veering toward one of the bridge’s pylons.

Upon collision, the bridge immediately collapsed. A mass casualty event was declared, while more than a dozen vehicles and an unspecified number of people remained in the water. Traffic at the port has been suspended until further notice, Maryland transportation officials said.

The incident has raised questions as to whether this was a mere accident, possibly due to a power failure or related malfunction, or if a more sinister motive was at play.

Within hours of the collapse, investigative journalist Lara Logan claimed unnamed intelligence sources confirmed the incident was the result of a cyber-attack but added the federal government is avoiding stating this publicly.

“Welcome to the world of cyber terrorism,” Logan wrote on social media platform X.

“According to intel sources: The Baltimore bridge collapse was a 9/11 style attack, but they won’t admit it, and we cannot see it because it was a CYBER ATTACK,” she added.

“All the SCADA systems that run our critical infrastructure, such as sewage, electric grid, shipping, etc., are wide open systems with no encryption because it is too expensive. They can shut us down anytime they want,” Logan explained.

A few hours earlier, she wrote in a separate post, “The GPS systems that drive these boats are not encrypted. When a Navy ship crashed into a cargo ship not that long ago, it was a cyber attack that made that happen. I know they are saying this was not ‘nefarious’.  How do they know so quickly? I am unsure, but given how often they lie, I will reserve judgment for now and keep asking questions.”

After the incident, TV, and radio host, Jesse Kelly said that it would be difficult for anyone to fully understand what happened because the decline in American institutions has rendered them untrustworthy.

“The reason many people have been warning about the destruction of our institutions is exactly what you’re seeing today,” he wrote on X. No theory about the bridge can be dismissed because we have no official institutions we can trust to tell us the truth. This is a big problem for a nation. It’s huge.”

A social media user named Matt Bracken, whose profile indicates he is a former Navy SEAL, said that the wreckage will have a “MAJOR economic impact,” with nine ports now inaccessible.

The U.S. Coast Guard has confirmed the ship that struck the bridge was the Singapore-flagged container ship named DALI.

During a video analysis, maritime historian Sal Mercogliano said that he believes the incident resulted from a loss of power followed by a crew attempting to regain control of the ship.

According to Mercogliano, DALI made a normal departure with a tugboat escort, lost power, and began to drift toward the south lane. Black smoke billowing from the cargo ship may indicate an attempt by the pilot to slow the vessel.

Other social media users dispelled the rush to judgment that terrorism was involved. The DALI has previously been involved in other incidents, including a 2016 crash where it hit a quay at the Port of Antwerp in Belgium.”

Summary

This is a developing story. With the number of “unexplainable” events happening worldwide today, many people are looking beyond the “obvious” immediate explanations for such disasters.

Common sense should be consulted by all those who quickly believe the obvious when such disasters occur. Disasters are sadly too commonplace. Maybe good journalists should return to the roots of their chosen professions, look beyond the obvious, and eliminate whatever is false AFTER investigations are completed.

To this journalist, all the answers that appeared so quickly raised many new questions.

“Experts” in such disasters, Keep looking.

  1. So, it’s true: those in power (the left) truly do wish to destroy our Republic and turn it into a third-world hell hole. By golly, they are doing a good job of it, too! Don’t you agree? So, what can we do? The obvious answer is to take our country back at the next election. We have very competent leadership trying to win that election, after all. However, will the left allow him to win? I think not. They’ve stolen the last two elections in amazingly obvious ways with almost no downside to their illegal actions. What’s to stop them in 2024? Not much I can see, but I surely pray I’m wrong.

None of the alternatives to winning the 2024 election seem palatable to me. We’ve lost control of the bulk of the military, after all. This is a mess of gigantic proportions. The one bright spot I am seeing is the sheeple seem to finally be waking up. I’m encouraged by that, but worry it’s too little, too late. One thing is for sure: it will be a very interesting year; I only hope we will survive it.
