When you thought you’d seen it all…..YOU HAVEN’T!
There are so many important things happening, not monthly, not weekly, not daily, but every hour!
I don’t know about you, but I’m at a point at which it’s virtually impossible to keep up with ALL the important news items. Now, I just work to make sure I find the most important items so we can share them with you. And, even then, we must carefully sort through each story and make sure what we print for you is true. All of this is time-consuming. But all of it is important!
Let’s take a look at the latest top stories of this past week. We’re doing our best to include all the important happenings in our Bullet Points.
Bullet Points
- It’s quite testy in Congress right now. One of the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable members of the House is Speaker Mike Johnson. He’s patient, too. However, even Mike is struggling more than usual this week while trying to do his job: Lead The HOUSE! Some of the most important pieces of legislation we so desperately need to get voted on, passed, and signed into law are facing unexplainable excuses from enough House members to get passed. It’s worse than I’ve ever seen. Here’s one such example:
- The hottest athletic event in World History made its way to the U.S. Our nation has shown who we really are by hosting fans from all over the World for the World Cup. The decision of which country’s soccer team was the best on the planet was decided, and Spain got the nod. But, guess what: the U.S. was notified by FIFA that we will host another World Cup in 2031 — but it will be the Women’s World Cup! But there’s a catch, according to President Trump. What is it?
- As we gear up for the midterm elections in November, we are hearing daily reports of voter fraud being uncovered in various places across the nation. And these latest revelations are ironclad with uncontroverted proof of fraud. Friday, one such revelation came from — guess where — California! The report itself is pretty bad, but it opens the door to confirm that much of the same thing is happening in other states. And there’s one culprit behind all of this: mail-in ballots!
- The war in Iran seems to make sudden turns almost daily. One day, it appears we’ve turned the corner and can see a possible end. The next day, it’s back to nasty war like we’re in a World War! This latest run has been daily all-out assaults on critical infrastructure locations by the U.S. in destroying many critical operations in Ukraine. Jesse Waters gave us a close-up look at some of it in the dark of night early Friday morning.
- Last week, shocking news was released involving President Trump and his Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Bessent. One attempt on the Secretary’s life was kept quiet. However, intelligence discovered coordinated terrorist groups that are plotting to assassinate President Trump and others:
- ICE, though continually under fire from all those on the left, continues to do one of the most important tasks of any part of the U.S. Government: keep the American people safe and protected from foreign foes who find their way into our country. Along our southern border, very bad people continually work to take advantage of any opportunities to prey on innocents while trying to find ways to monetize their various forays into the U.S. for profit. ICE is making it really tough for them. ICE Rio Grande Valley agents arrested 228 of these people…IN ONE DAY!
- We haven’t seen too much of California Governor Gavin Newsom in the past few months. However, it’s certain that he is pontificating nonstop in his efforts to make himself a contender for the 2028 Presidential race. He is continually throwing out numerous unfounded conspiracy stories about President Trump. It’s obvious that he feels he needs to convince Americans that “Trump is bad – Newsom is good.” (Maybe he thinks Trump will run for the presidency in 2028!) Newsom’s latest allegations are that the President is suffering from cognitive impairment, though no such evidence has been shown. Now, Conservatives have flipped the script on Newsom himself!
- The Left continues to come up with conspiracies consistently to denigrate the President and all those close to him. One conspiracy floating around is that there is a rift between Trump and Vance. In fact, Secret Service agents who are tasked with protecting Vance and his family appear to be leaking their private affairs to Left-Wing media:
- With the racing rush to turn the United States into a “Democrat Socialist” operation, thankfully, people who live in the U.S. and have fled from so-called “Democrat Socialist” countries are beginning to share the facts with Americans by exposing what living in a Socialist-governed nation is like:
- The GOP has been fighting to force Dr. Anthony Fauci to appear before Congress in an official hearing, but Fauci has found ways to stop it. This coming Wednesday, Fauci will appear to testify under oath. What does Congress expect to discover? Based on proven evidence, Fauci lied to Congress in sworn testimony from two years ago when asked whether the U.S. had anything to do with “gain-of-function” research funded at the Wuhan Laboratory in China. Millions of dollars were used to create the COVID-19 virus that killed millions around the World!
- U.S. Military leaders and others appeared before a Senate committee hearing to answer Senators ‘ questions about the new budget objectives the Department of War is requesting to finish the war with Iran. Democrats on that committee, comprised of several “negative” members, were headed by Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), who drilled War Secretary Pete Hegseth about multiple issues. You can imagine it got “testy.”
