Today’s “Bullet Points” may not have assassination news—thank God—but we include plenty of critical events in the lives of citizens across the Globe. The good Samaritan who police in Bend, Oregon, said “neutralized” the 16-year-old shooter who killed three children and a teacher Thursday at Silver Rail Elementary School has been identified as 36-year-old Kaylub Giamanco, a law enforcement source confirmed. During a news conference Friday, police identified the teacher who was killed in the shooting as 25-year-old Meghan Lambert, and also announced that among the youngest of the victims was 5-year-old Rhoam Summer. Police also revealed that a school staff member threw a cellphone and tackled the attacker during the harrowing incident. But there’s more:
- The Nation fell in love with President Trump’s longtime White House Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, as soon as she stepped to the podium. She was young, attractive, and quickly won millions’ hearts with how she communicated. When Leavitt announced her departure from the White House, everyone waited for her replacement to be appointed to the role. Her replacement was named days ago: Katie Zacharia. She was well known in D.C., and most were excited to see her in that position. However, just four days into the role, the bottom fell out. She is gone; it was announced Friday!
- New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani announces new programs and policies almost weekly, often claiming they were initiated in conjunction with Democrat mayors in other cities and will be implemented immediately. His latest such announcement shocked citizens across the nation.
- Most Americans were excited to hear of President Trump’s plans to initiate a major White House Construction plan that would remodel part of the property and update much of its infrastructure. However, people began to question the project because of its massive costs and because it would serve as the White House Ballroom. Trump immediately put together a group of wealthy Americans — including himself — who are paying for the entire project. The identities of some donors were revealed this week, and many are questioning the sources of the money, claiming there “might” be a conflict of interest.
- Rep. Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has aggressively worked her way to the top of the Democrat Party. Many are certain she’s building a platform for her to use in the 2028 Presidential Campaign. With the aggressive creation of the new “Democrat Socialist Party,” she has found a ready platform to begin that readiness process for POTUS, and she is using much of her campaign money to “obligate” 2028 support for her presidential run. Her latest such action was revealed this week in a shocking and massive campaign contribution to Socialist Michigan U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed: ONE MILLION DOLLARS!
- If Democrats win the Senate next month, it is likely they will aggressively begin rejuvenating the obvious plan executed in the Biden Administration to reopen the Southern border to relight Democrats’ plans to bring millions of illegals into the U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is facing probable deportation for alleged wrongdoing when she became a U.S. citizen. Democrats are screaming about the possibility of her being deported. They need her as a leading lawmaker committed to stopping mass illegal aliens from continuing their trek to the U.S. Recently, discussions of the costs associated with this “new” flood of illegals reveal just how much this renewed open border will cost.
- Longtime CIA Leader John Brennan is facing massive investigations into allegations of his role during the Obama Administration and Trump’s first term in leading a quiet yet deadly process of seeding U.S. media to create scenarios that tie then “candidate” Trump to Russia and Vladimir Putin to facilitate Trump’s successful presidential race. Many in Congress suspected what Brennan was doing. However, it wasn’t until Congress legally called Brennan on the carpet for his “alleged” illegal actions against Trump. Brennan is now fighting a federal Judge who has stopped Brennan because of one really big problem.
- It appears that the “chickens have come home to roost” in California. This week, the DOJ filed a suit against California for “state-facilitated voter fraud,” citing 20,000 suspected foreign voters who cannot legally vote in U.S. elections. The suit follows an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in which the agency reviews voter registration data for possible foreigners who were illegally registered to vote.

A Saudi national and software engineer working for OpenAI in San Francisco was arrested by federal authorities after company employees found a sophisticated recording device inside one of their offices, prosecutors and company officials confirmed on Oct. 13. The court complaint, which was unsealed Tuesday, alleges Abdulrahman Alfozan, 35, concealed the device inside an executive conference room to secretly capture the company’s communications about its AI technology.
